Initial dynamic cycling analysis
The most comprehensive bike fit available. Science backed, cyclist tested, for every body who rides a bike

The bike fitting process
The dynamic cycling analysis process takes 2:30 to 4 hours, depending if you choose level I or level II.
Sometimes we split the bike fit into two parts and you will be asked to either get new parts or follow up with a health care professional (or both) before completing the analysis and bike fit process. This does not change your cost if done within 2 months of the original fit date.
Interview and Assessment off the bike
We start with a conversation so we can get to know you a bit better, review your riding and athletic history, goals, objectives, strengths, weaknesses, current and past injuries, current training/riding, and more.
We listen so we can meet you where you are at that moment in time and help you achieve your goals.
We conduct a basic flexibility and structural movement assessment that will help us understand how your body moves off the bike. This helps us pin point potential issues that could affect you while riding.

Data Capture
Along side using our eyes, we use several tools for objective data collection, which helps us make more informed decisions:
STT / VelogicFit / Retul 3D motion capture to dynamically capture an enormous amount of data as you ride. We track all moving parts of your body simultaneously while you ride under different workloads, looking at both left and right sides
3D saddle pressure data is captured while you ride using GebioMized3D foot pressure data is captured while you ride using GebioMized (level II only)
For key instant & visual feedback, 2D (video) analysis is used if needed
Bike modifications + technique and posture coaching
We will make all needed adjustments to your position and bike. This is a trial and error process, listening to your feedback as we progress. We adjust all parts of the bike: saddle, handlebars, shoes/cleats, cranks, etc.
If new parts are needed, we provide detailed recommendations and a follow up may be scheduled after installation
Our analysis process has a very large emphasis on technique and posture coaching while riding, including prescription of exercises and technique correction, as needed.
We also focus on pedaling mechanics and power transfer.

Recording and Measuring
We use a digital measuring device to record the bike's final set up.
We also keep notes of everything that was done during your analysis session and key discussion points for future reference
After your session
Fit file
A file with your body position on the bike, bike position and session summary will be uploaded
Email support
We provide email support following the fitting during the adaptation period (approximately 2-3 weeks)
If things aren't right
we will review things as a part of the initial process within 2 months of the initial assessment date

Initial analysis options
Your ability level, riding experience, age, the bike you ride, etc do not matter - We strive to provide an equal opportunity experience in an open, inclusive environment
We can fit road, track, MTB, gravel, cross, bikepacking / touring, hybrid, TT, triathlon bikes and even tandem bikes. All bikes and all rides are welcome here
Analysis by the hour
Because bike fits are dynamic in nature, an analysis session 'by the hour' can be done several months, a year, or more after the initial appointment to make sure you are still dialed in on your bike.
Your body changes, your goals change, and how you are set up on the bike should reflect that! Most athletes schedule a 'by the hour' appointment because of changes to range of motion or fitness level, different goals, a second / new bike, different shoes, saddles, etc. Generally speaking, a bike fit 'check up' is highly recommended annually.
For previous clients only. All appointments are billed in 15 minute increments
